PRODUCT AND SERVICES INFORMATION

Prices shown on the Site apply to products and services on the Site.  Price and availability are subject to change without notice. 

We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner, however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products.

The receipt of an email order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have received your requested order, and does not constitute an offer to sell.  We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers. 

PRODUCT SHIPPING

Next day deliveries are available on selected items and area in Metro Manila it’s important to call customer service to check on the availability of it. Thebakingwarehouse.com in any way does not commit the exact time of delivery but will do our best to render it on the requested time specify by our customers. Additional shipping charge may apply.

Door to door service is not available to some provincial area thus customer will be informed prior to processing the order if they will choose to have the item pick up at the nearby courier branches instead.

It is important to provide correct address and contact number - incorrect information causes delay of the delivery and may cause additional charges on the customer. We suggest including the landmark and Barangay name of the recipient address.

If the recipient address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address the company will not be responsible for delivery made to incorrect address submitted by the customer.

PRODUCT PRICING

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Thebakingwarehouse.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

TERMINATION

Thebakingwarehouse.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these T&C.  In the event these T&C are terminated, the restrictions regarding Materials appearing on the Site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in these T&C will survive termination.  In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Thebakingwarehouse.com, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Site.
