1. How do I make a purchase?

Browse through product selection online and go to the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name. If you want to purchase it, click on the 'Buy Now'. If you can’t find the items you are looking for feel free to email our customer service for assistance, as we also do accept orders for items not found on our catalog sites.

2. How do I pay?

Currently we only accept bank deposit, GCash, Smart Money, LBC

3. How long before the item will be received?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service representative will conduct a verification process with 24 hours from the time you place your order and an email will be send to confirm your order with the time frame of delivery.

Metro Manila Areas: 3 – 7 Business days
Non-Metro Manila Areas: 5 – 12 Business days

4. Where can Thebakingwarehouse.com ship?

Nationwide Philippines as long as it can be reach by local courier. Customer can choose there own prefer tracking or courier services too.

5. How much does my shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies from area to be delivered, the item size and weight. Delivery time may also affect the costs of the shipping as one day delivery are consider special deliveries to which additional costs might be needed.

6. Return and exchange Policy

We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 5 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

·         Incorrect item shipped

·         Damaged or defective items 

We will issue a replacement for any item returned, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of purchased goods. Our customer service representative will be glad to provide instructions on how to return the said merchandise. Only then could the products be shipped back, in its original packaging.

7. How do I know that my purchase was successful?

After purchasing, you will be received a confirmation e-mail indicating the item you order and the details information as to where it will be shipped. If you did not receive any confirmation via e-mail, please notify us.
